Public Deposits; defines terms "affiliate," "book-entry form," "operating subsidiary," "pledged collateral," "pledgor," "pool figure," "Treasurer's custody," & "triggering events" & redefines terms "collateral-pledging level" & "public deposit"; revises general provisions re collateral for public deposits; prescribes requirements for collateral arrangements; revises list of securities eligible to be pledged as collateral, etc. Amends FS.
