GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Natural Resources

Environmental Reorganization; provides for divisions & special offices in DEP; identifies agencies participating in one-stop permitting system; transfers specific regulatory powers from DEP to Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission & Agric. & Consumer Services Dept.; provides for distribution of certain documentary stamp tax revenues to Marine Resource Conservation Trust Fund to be used for marine mammal care, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
