GENERAL BILL by Education ; Horne ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) King ; Mitchell
State University System (RAB); authorizes Board of Regents to adopt certain systemwide rules; authorizes board to implement differential out-of-state-tuition fee for certain universities; authorizes each university president to adopt rules implementing provisions of law governing operation & administration of university & rules governing admission of students; provides for rules & penalties re student academic honesty, etc. Amends Ch. 240.
