GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala

Small Employer Health Alliances; provides additional definitions for Statewide Provider & Subscriber Assistance Program; provides for insuring small employers under policies issued to small employer health alliances; provides for insuring spouses & dependent children; revises restrictions re premium rates to authorize small employer carriers to modify rates & to authorize carriers to issue group health alliances under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
