GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Public Records/School Readiness; provides access to student records by school readiness coalitions & Florida Partnership for School Readiness; provides exemption from public-records requirements for records of children in subsidized child-care programs & school readiness programs; provides exceptions; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 228.093, 402.3015; creates 411.011.
