Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act; creates "Preston de Ibern/McKenzie Merriam Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act"; provides legislative findings & intent; provides pool safety feature requirements & options; provides pool barrier requirements; provides for drowning prevention education program & public information publication; provides for fee; requires pool contractors, home builders, & developers to provide buyers with certain information, etc. Creates Ch. 515.
