GENERAL BILL by Murman

Juveniles/Failure to Appear in Court; provides that it is violation of law for juvenile to fail to appear as required before court or judicial officer; authorizes detention of juvenile charged with failure to appear; provides for extension of such period of detention; reenacts certain provisions, etc. Amends 985.215; reenacts 790.22(8), 985.208(1),.213(2),.228(1).
