SB 320: Interference with Custody

GENERAL BILL by Rossin

Interference with Custody; provides that it is additional defense to offense of interference with custody to be victim of domestic violence or believe that interference with custody is necessary to protect person from domestic violence; prescribes duties of any person who takes minor child when fleeing from situations of actual or threatened domestic violence. Amends 787.03.
