Florida Statutes; repeals or deletes various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; reiterates deadline for certification as certified capital company; deletes obsolete provisions re applying for certification as said company & for allocation of premium tax credits for potential investors, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
