Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals specified provision re exemption from required referendum to change county seat for counties having constructed new courthouse within 20 years, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
