Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals provision re intent re obsolete regulation of dredge & fill activities; repeals provision re net ban assistance program; deletes provision re renewal of active blue crab endorsements in 1998; repeals provision re county water conservation projects, etc. Amends & Repeals FS.
