GENERAL BILL by Law Enforcement & Crime Prevention ; Futch

Weapons & Firearms; extends date of repeal of provision re sale & delivery of weapons & firearms; prohibits unlawful manufacture, possession, sale, delivery, display, use, or attempted or threatened use of weapon of mass destruction or hoax weapon of mass destruction; prohibits unlawful conspiring to use such weapon & making such weapon readily accessible to others; provides for ranking of such offense, etc. Creates 790.166; amends 790.065, 921.0022.

Effective Date: 06/05/2000 except ss. 2 & 3 take effect 07/01/2000
