GENERAL BILL by Council for Lifelong Learning ; Kilmer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Richardson ; Siplin ; Kendrick ; Stansel ; Diaz de la Portilla
Schools/Construction Projects; authorizes school districts to qualify construction projects for funding under Special Facility Construction Account by using school capital outlay surtax in lieu of maximum millage against their nonexempt assessed property value; specifies funding eligibility of certain projects; provides for future repeal of such eligibility provision. Amends 235.435.
