SB 1150: Absentee Ballots

Absentee Ballots; deletes requirement that person requesting said ballot disclose his or her social security number & last four digits of elector's said number; revises voter's certificate & instructions to absent electors to delete requirement that absent elector provide last four digits of elector's said number; deletes requirement that last four digits of elector's said number be provided for absentee ballot to be considered legal. Amends Ch. 101.
