GENERAL BILL by Gibson

Property Tax/Permanently Disabled; increases amount of exemption for property of widow, widower, blind person, or totally & permanently disabled person; provides certification requirements for totally & permanently disabled person for purposes of said exemption; reduces amount of increased homestead exemption for disabled persons qualified for exemption under certain provision to conform. Amends 196.202,.031.
