Adoption & Medical Asst. Compact; creates Interstate Compact on Adoption & Medical Assistance; provides authority for CFS Dept. to enter into interstate agreements with other participating states for medical & other necessary services for special-needs children; establishes procedures for interstate delivery of adoption assistance & related services & benefits; prohibits expansion of state's financial commitment, etc. Creates 409.406,.407.
