GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Peaden

Child Support Enforcement; deletes reference to child support & provides reference to support; includes spousal support or alimony for former spouse of obligor if child support is being enforced by DOR among list of items that must be paid prior to award of certain prizes; provides for retroactive increase or decrease in support, maintenance, or alimony; creates pilot program for administrative establishment of child-support obligations, etc. Amends FS.
