Citrus/Hernando Waterways Council; creates Citrus/Hernando Waterways Restoration Council; provides for membership, powers, & duties; provides for separate county task forces; provides for report to Legislature; provides for advisory group to council; requires SWFWMD to provide staff for council; provides for award of contracts subject to appropriation of funds; provides for Citrus/Hernando Waterways restoration program; provides for demonstration restoration projects. APPROPRIATION: $145,000.
