Consumer Protection; requires charitable organizations or sponsors to display certain information on certain solicitation materials; requires certain health studio contract refunds to be issued within time certain; prohibits pawnbrokers from knowingly accepting stolen property; specifies additional prohibited act by business opportunity sellers; provides additional estimated cost of repair requirements for written repair estimates, etc. Amends FS.
