GENERAL BILL by Meek
Education/School Class Size; creates program within DOE to reduce class size in schools with students from low-income families; requires reduction in size of classes in such schools for certain grades during specified school years; requires that contract establish performance objectives for academic achievement; provides for DOE to provide additional funds to district school board that enters into contract; requires evaluation & annual report to Governor & Legislature, etc.
