Corporations; redefines term "electronic transmission" to include telegrams, cablegrams, telephone transmissions, & transmissions through Internet; provides requirements for voting of shares held by partnerships, limited liability companies, & other similar entities; specifies those persons who may vote on behalf of shareholder; authorizes appointment of proxy by electronic transmission, etc. Amends 607.01401,.0721,.0722.
