Onsite Sewage Treatment & Disposal; provides for regulation by Health Dept. of maintenance entities for performance-based treatment systems & aerobic treatment unit systems; requires such systems to contract with permitted maintenance entity; provides duties of such entities; reduces operating permit fee for aerobic treatment units & provides operating permit & maintenance entity permit fees for performance-based treatment systems, etc. Amends 381.0065,.0066.
