Sexually Violent Offenders; requires agency with jurisdiction over person convicted of sexually violent offense to provide earlier notice of offender's anticipated release; revises time for preparing assessment as to whether offender is sexually violent predator; requires CFS Dept. to detain sexually violent predators in secure facility segregated from other patients. Amends 394.913,.917.
