GENERAL BILL by Meek

Absentee Ballots/Requests; prohibits removal of any request for absentee ballot from main or any branch office of supervisor of elections after submission to supervisor; prohibits any person other than absent elector, member of elector's immediate family, or elector's legal guardian from making any corrections or additions to request for absentee ballot after submission to supervisor; provides penalties. Creates 104.046.
