HB 1757: Absentee Ballots
GENERAL BILL by Rules, Ethics & Elections ; Goodlette
Absentee Ballots; modifies information persons requesting absentee ballots must disclose; modifies voter's certificate on said ballots; modifies instructions to absent electors; deletes prohibition against persons witnessing more than five ballots in election & penalty therefor; deletes prohibition against returning more than two absentee ballots in violation of law & penalty therefor, etc. Amends 97.021, 101.62,.657,.64,.65,.68, 104.047; repeals 101.647,.685.
