GENERAL BILL by Information Technology ; Hart ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mack ; Mealor ; Wallace ; Brummer ; Fiorentino

Information Technology; creates State Technology Office within DMS; provides that specified officers within said office are exempt from career service; provides that office shall set salaries & benefits for such officers in accordance with rules of Senior Management Service; provides that office shall be separate budget entity within DMS; provides for State Chief Privacy Officer, etc. Amends FS.
