GENERAL BILL by Judicial Oversight ; Crow ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino

Public Guardianship; requires professional guardians to register with Statewide Public Guardianship Office; reduces holding period of unclaimed funds held by guardian from 10 years to 5 years for escheat; allows more than one office of public guardian to be established in county or judicial circuit; provides that said office may affiliate with direct-support organization, etc. Amends 744.1085,.534,.703; creates 744.7082.
