GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Klein
Florida Rural Heritage Act; creates said act; provides for designation of Rural Heritage Area; provides for economic incentives, reports, & technical assistance; requires DCA to adopt rules; provides for development of nature-and-heritage-based tourism business micro-loan program; provides for wireless community-based network technology pilot programs to be established by State Technology Office. etc. Amends Chs. 163, 187, 212, 220, 290, 420.
