State Revenue Collection/Court Clerk; requires electronic remittance of certain funds & info to DOR; specifies sources of funds to be electronically remitted; requires dept. to establish procedures for electronic transmittal of funds & return information; grants dept. electronic access to specified funds for certain purposes; provides for deposit by DOR of certain moneys into certain trust funds & to certain agencies, etc. Amends FS.
