SB 1950: Voter Registration/High Schools
GENERAL BILL by Jones
Voter Registration/High Schools; requires each school district to establish voter registration program that offers eligible high school students in district opportunity to register to vote or update voter registration record at least once a year in spring; provides participation is mandatory for public high schools & voluntary for nonpublic high schools; provides for use of county voting equipment in certain school elections, etc. Creates 97.0584.
