Hiring or Leasing Personal Property; provides that exclusion of property obtained under rental-purchase agreement from criminal statutes re hiring or leasing with intent to defraud & similar offenses does not apply when rental store retains title to property through period of agreement; provides penalties. Amends 812.155.
