CS/SB 2110: Medicaid Services

GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Silver ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson

Medicaid Services; provides that AHCA may restrict provision of mandatory services by mobile providers; provides that agency may restrict or prohibit provision of services by mobile providers; provides that Medicaid will not provide reimbursement for dental services provided in mobile dental units, except for certain units. Amends 409.905,.906.
