Excise Tax on Documents; provides limit on amount of tax on promissory or nonnegotiable notes, written obligations to pay money, & assignments of wages or other compensation & on certain promissory or nonnegotiable notes, written obligations to pay money, or other compensation made in connection with sales made under retail charge account services. Amends 201.08.
