GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Villalobos
Brownfield Redevelopment Incentives; provides definitions; provides that county that constructs, renovates, or expands significant new facility for professional sports franchise on qualifying brownfield site is entitled to sales tax increment rebate; provides conditions under which eligible counties cease to be entitled to certain rebates; provides for distribution of rebate to eligible counties, etc. Amends 376.84, 212.20; creates 186.5053.
