GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Holzendorf

Insurance Agents; requires access to records by DOI; prohibits certain activities that constitute solicitation of insurance by unlicensed persons; revises agent application requirements; extends period of eligibility for reappointment; requires fingerprinting of specified persons; requires DOI to adopt rules governing use of consumer's nonpublic personal financial & health information, etc. Amends Chs. 624, 626, 648.
