GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
Education Investment Act; creates said act; provides legislative intent for certain investments & enhancements; requires improved counseling ratios in certain schools; includes test preparation study skills & advanced writing programs for certain students; provides for separation of open enrollment programs within schools for certain purposes; authorizes expanded student assistance programs at universities, etc.
