Bank Account Numbers/Records Exempt.; amends certain provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for bank account numbers or debit, charge, or credit card numbers given to agency for purpose of payment of fee or debt; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 119.07.
