Public Records/Marketing Projects; amends specified provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for identity of any person responding to marketing or research projects conducted by corporation & for trade secrets obtained pursuant thereto; reenacts such exemption & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 288.1226.
