Public Records/Univ. Health Services; repeals provision which provides that meetings of governing board of university health services support organization are public & requires that certain records be made available to DOI; reenacts such exemptions & removes October 2, 2001, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; requires university health services support organizations to make certain records available to DOI, etc. Repeals 240.2995(6); amends 240.2996.
