GENERAL BILL by Dyer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Building Construction; provides alternative applications to statute of limitations for certain legal or equitable actions for actions to enforce claims against payment bonds; revises indemnification & holds harmless restrictions for certain construction agreements, contracts or guarantees; requires DBPR to create web page on its Internet website dedicated to listing known information re unlicensed contractors, etc. Amends Chs. 713, 725, 95.11, 255.05, 489.13.
