Civil Actions/Firearms & Ammunition; provides legislative findings re lawful manufacture, distribution, & sale of firearms & ammunition; prohibits civil actions on behalf of state or other political subdivision against manufacturers, distributors, & dealers of firearms or ammunition & firearms trade associations; provides for actions by state or other political subdivision for breach of contract or warranty, etc. Creates 790.331.
