GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Beverages/Wine from Out of State; provides for certain direct shipments of wine from out of state; requires shippers to have certain licenses; provides prohibitions; provides for administrative & criminal penalties; exempts charitable organizations from excise & sales & use taxes on sales made from direct shipments of said wine, subject to restrictions; provides that specified sections are inapplicable to wine shipped under specified provision. Creates 561.585; amends 561.54,.545.
