GENERAL BILL by Agriculture & Consumer Affairs ; Stansel

Assessment of Agricultural Property; provides that, for purposes of income methodology approach to such assessment, certain irrigation systems, litter containment & animal waste nutrient containment structures shall be considered part of average yields per acre & have no separately assessable contributory value. Amends 193.461.
