GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Agriculture & Consumer Services ; Wasserman Schultz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Geller ; Diaz de la Portilla ; Villalobos

Florida Infant Crib Safety Act; creates said act; prohibits commercial users from manufacturing, remanufacturing, retrofitting, selling, contracting to sell or resell, leasing, or subletting specified cribs determined to be unsafe for use by infants; prohibits use of certain cribs in public lodging establishments; prohibits unsafe cribs in certain facilities, etc. Creates 501.144, 402.3031; amends 509.221; reenacts 509.032.
