Mental Health Services; provides definitions of "marriage & family therapist" & "mental health counselor" for purposes of "The Florida Mental Health Act"; provides that marriage & family therapist or mental health counselor may execute certificate for involuntary examination of person suspected of mental illness; conforms cross-references. Amends 394.455,.463,.495,.496,.498, 39.407, 419.001, 744.704, 984.19.
