GENERAL BILL by Gelber ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Green ; Ball ; Bullard

Public Records/Law Enforcement Info.; provides exemption from public records requirements for request by law enforcement agency to inspect or copy public record held by another agency, custodial agency's response to such request, & any information that would identify requested public record, during period in which information contained in said record constitutes active criminal intelligence information or active criminal investigative information, etc. Amends 119.07.
