Response to Emergencies & Disasters; requires completion of course in basic first aid & cardiopulmonary resuscitation prior to issuance of learner's driver's license, & original or renewed driver's license; provides requirement for instruction of certain health care practitioners on conditions caused by bioterrorism, in lieu of requirement for instruction on HIV & AIDS, as part of biennial relicensure, etc. Amends Chs. 322, 456, 458, 459, 464.
