Appropriations Implementing Bill; provides legislative intent; provides that moneys in Crime Stoppers Trust Fund may be used to pay for salaries & benefits & other expenses of Legal Affairs Dept.; suspends revenue shortfall procedures applicable to appropriations for library grants from state sources; requires adjustment of adopted work program of DOT to include certain economic stimulus projects; provides applicability to other legislation, etc. Amends FS.
