GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown-Waite

Domestic Security/Counter-terrorism; requires FDLE to coordinate & direct response to acts of terrorism; provides legislative intent re counter-terrorism efforts & initial responses to acts of terrorism within or affecting this state; requires FDLE to establish regional domestic security task force in each of FDLE's operational regions; requires regional task forces to provide for investigating & responding to certain hate crimes, etc. Amends Ch. 943; creates 775.30.
