GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lawson

Small Counties; allows small counties having specified population to levy indigent care surtax; provides procedures; provides uses of surtax; provides maximum tax rate; authorizes municipalities within small counties to use revenues from local option fuel tax to fund infrastructure projects that are consistent with comprehensive plan. Amends 212.055, 336.025.
